How refunds work

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, so a refund is issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges at the end of the paid period.

How to ask

Write to the contact below with the e-mail you paid with, or reply to the Paddle receipt. No forms, no justification required within the refund window.

One guarantee, not a loophole

The window exists so you can try a plan without risk — not so a plan can be bought, heavily used and refunded in a cycle. We reserve the right to decline a refund where that pattern repeats.

Who is the seller

Paid plans, when they appear, are sold through Paddle acting as Merchant of Record: Paddle runs the checkout, issues invoices, handles taxes and stores payment details. Card data never reaches exoanima.

The product is operated by Oleh Tatarynov, a sole proprietor (Kherson, Ukraine).
